I completed my health coaching program through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I work with clients who want to stop dieting and eat right for the rest of their lives, without counting calories or eliminating food groups.
My program is based on eating whole foods, eliminating processed foods, making lifestyle and behavioral changes, and exercising. Holding my clients accountable is a big reason for their success.
I offer one-on-one or group coaching in 3-month programs. I educate my clients and provide them with lots of support as they make gradual lifelong changes.
